BOUDOIR & MATERNITY STUDIO TEMESCAL VALLEY, CA
A lot of you may or may not know I have an in-home studio where I shoot Boudoir for Brides and Maternity for expecting mamas to be! If you aren’t already following along, we have a studio instagram page @darianshantaystuido - the page is private and is for ladies only!
My studio is held at my home in Temescal Valley. It is fully furnished with backdrops, benches, chairs, stools, outfit options floral wall installs + a comfortable environment for you to enjoy yourself during your shoot!
Upon arriving to your shoot I have a styling rack where we hang all of your outfit options. Here is where I love to help you pick and choose what outfits will photograph best for the shoot. + you also have a private bathroom to prep and get ready in.
Next, we tell Alexa to play your favorite playlist and the fun begins!
One of my recent boudoir clients said the only thing she was nervous about was posing and that she was practicing at home prior to the shoot. I like to let you guys know you DO NOT need to know how to pose and DO NOT need to come up with any poses yourselves. I will pose you throughout the entire shoot + physically show you what to do. My client said this really made the shoot so easy + comfortable for her. So because of this, I want you to know, I got you covered! But if you do have inspo of a specific shot you want, I am all ears and will create whatever you want for your shoot!
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR YOUR STUDIO SHOOT
- Glam is everything! Make sure you are investing in hair and makeup (or at minimum just makeup). It really makes all the difference in the photos.
- Outfits: Amazon is incredible for affordable outfit options. If you are down to splurge I recommend For Love and Lemons, Savage X Fenty, and Nasty Gal. Always bring a white, black and color set.
- If you are doing Bridal boudoir bring your: Wedding Veil, Wedding Shoes, Garter, Getting ready robe + a white lingerie set
- Maternity: I have the long pearl/ diamond gown for you as seen below. Flowy tops are great, gown rentals, anything goes!
